Teenage superhero Ben Tennyson strives to work solo after he splits up with longtime companions Gwen and Kevin 11.  However, his Grandpa Max has something else in store for him.  Now Ben has a new partner: Rook Blonko, a Plumber cadet who learns by the book.  As Ben and Rook try to work together, Ben faces familiar foes from his past and present.
